{"id":550,"date":"2024-02-14T17:02:12","date_gmt":"2024-02-14T17:02:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/veritaspsicologia.es\/?p=550"},"modified":"2024-05-31T09:45:40","modified_gmt":"2024-05-31T09:45:40","slug":"emociones","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/veritaspsicologia.es\/en\/blog\/emociones\/","title":{"rendered":"EMOCIONES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Las emociones son una parte muy importantes y necesaria de nuestra vida, gracias a ellas nos preparamos para hacer frente a las diferentes circunstancias que nos surge en nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda, por ello es importante saber gestionarlas y no silenciarlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las emociones pueden contribuir a mejorar como nos relacionamos con lo que nos rodea y con nosotros mismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es una emoci\u00f3n?<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es un proceso que se activa cuando detectamos una situaci\u00f3n a nuestro alrededor que provoca un cambio en nuestro organismo. El cambio lo podemos vivir como algo agradable o como algo desagradable (un peligro o amenaza).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cualquier caso, la emoci\u00f3n pone en marcha unas reacciones o cambios f\u00edsicos en nuestro cuerpo que tendr\u00e1n como objetivo controlar la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante diferenciar entre <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><em>emociones<\/em> <\/mark>y <em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">sentimientos<\/mark><\/em>: las<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"> emociones<\/mark><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color\"> <\/mark>son estados primarios con repercusi\u00f3n en el organismo, como veremos m\u00e1s adelante, que responden a est\u00edmulos externos e internos y act\u00faan sobre componentes neurovegetativos del sistema nervioso, en cambio los <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">sentimientos<\/mark> son m\u00e1s duraderos que las emociones y el resultado de la experiencia subjetiva emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las emociones se pueden considerar tres componentes relacionados con el estado auton\u00f3mico, endocrino y cognitivo en el organismo que relaciona la percepci\u00f3n del estimulo con la respuesta adaptativa: <em>fisiol\u00f3gico, motor y cognitivo.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las ultimas investigaciones (Davidson, Scherer y Goldsmith, 2003; Forgas, 2000; Phelps, 2006; Rolls, 2007; Oatley, Keltner y Jenkins, 2007), demuestran que la <strong>emoci\u00f3n<\/strong> y la <strong>cognici\u00f3n <\/strong>est\u00e1n relacionadas y a su vez influidos por el contexto cultural y le <strong>damos sentido seg\u00fan nuestra forma de interpretar el mundo.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><u><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\"><strong>MODELOS:<\/strong><\/mark><\/u><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><u>El modelo de James-Langue <\/u><\/em>afirma que las emociones parten de la percepci\u00f3n de est\u00edmulos sobre los cambios corporales que se experimentan.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"649\" height=\"115\" src=\"https:\/\/veritaspsicologia.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/EMOC1-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-558\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veritaspsicologia.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/EMOC1-1.png 649w, https:\/\/veritaspsicologia.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/EMOC1-1-18x3.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 649px) 100vw, 649px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><u>Modelo de Cannon-Bard:<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"645\" height=\"114\" src=\"https:\/\/veritaspsicologia.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/EMOC2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-559\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veritaspsicologia.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/EMOC2.png 645w, https:\/\/veritaspsicologia.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/EMOC2-18x3.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 645px) 100vw, 645px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><em><u>Modelo psicobiol\u00f3gico actual:<\/u><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-rounded\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"664\" height=\"271\" src=\"https:\/\/veritaspsicologia.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/EMOC3.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-560\" srcset=\"https:\/\/veritaspsicologia.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/EMOC3.png 664w, https:\/\/veritaspsicologia.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/EMOC3-18x7.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 664px) 100vw, 664px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>El sistema l\u00edmbico son las \u00e1reas implicadas en el procesamiento de las emociones.
